A full new build blueprint of specs and layout with the key functional features within a retail store
A detailed mood board with an overview of the store design
Specs include structural requirements including wall materials, paint, flooring, lighting, ceiling finishes.
A flow layout including all inbuilt rooms and store sections, lighting, fixture placements to include wall fixtures, floor fixtures and tables, mannequins, seating, cash desk, and décor, etc.
A sectioned layout of each part of your store that showcases our Trademarked Visual Moments
Furniture + fixture suggestions: we include 3 price point options in initial review.
Detailed list of décor items to include graphics, vases, artwork, etc.

Phase Two

JR Visual will oversee all trades to ensure the design is being executed in a professional, timely and expert manner.
JR Visual will take care of all the custom pieces and work alongside our skilled tradesmen according to the specs within the build and design.
JR Visual will source retail fixtures throughout your store (wall + floor) so the store is set up to accommodate the merchandise.
JR Visual will source furniture and fixtures as per design.
We provide quality control to ensure the store is ready as scheduled.
JR Visual will source all décor + merchandising accessories, décor + props as per design, specs and concept.

Phase Three

JR Visual will set-up the stores furniture, fixtures, décor, mannequins + props as per specs and design
JR Visual will merchandise the store retail product to prepare for grand opening!

Blueprints are then established to include measurements and scaling of the design.
We begin the design concept to include customer flow, store function and the workspaces for daily operations.
We begin the bidding process with general contractors to execute the build and development.
We then go over the design and development phases and provide a quote.
Once the quote is approved and the working contract is signed, we begin to work with the chosen general contractor + trades to bring the vision to life.
We source + order furniture as per the design to ensure quality control.
We oversee trades during the construction process to execute the plan.
Once the construction and required installations are complete, we begin the store set-up.
Once store set up is complete, the merchandising of the retail product is completed along with the finishing touches of decor.
We complete the deign build by providing a brand photo portfolio.
We then do THE REVEAL and walk-through.
